How To Request Deletion
Send your request to TRRY Apparel through our public Facebook page at facebook.com/trryclothing. Please tell us that you are requesting Messenger data deletion.
Information To Include
To help us locate your conversation, include your Facebook display name, the approximate date of your conversation, and your TRRY inquiry or order code if you have one.
Do not send your Facebook password, access token, account password, or any other secret credential.
What May Be Deleted
Where applicable, deletion may include Messenger-derived customer identity or profile data stored by TRRY, message history stored in TRRY systems, attachments stored by TRRY, Inbox conversation metadata, and Inbox-to-Inquiry linkage where legally and operationally appropriate.
Records We May Need To Keep
Some records may need to be retained where required for completed transactions, accounting or legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or audit purposes.
Meta / Facebook Data
This request covers data stored by TRRY Apparel. Data stored independently by Meta or Facebook is governed by Meta's own policies and account controls.
